Our New Patient Health Strategy Consultation Package ($197) includes the following:
1st Visit- Initial Consultation (approx. 45 minutes)
- Our doctors spend quality time carefully listening to every patient in order to answer questions, gather a detailed medical history, and understand specific health concerns & goals.
- Patients will receive a customized lab slip for advanced functional medicine bloodwork.
2nd Visit- Comprehensive Bloodwork Review (approx. 60 minutes)
- The doctor will review the results of the bloodwork and discuss how results might be associated with current health concerns.
- If necessary, recommendations for possible further/advanced testing will be discussed.
